Dublin Redesign

This design was a lot of fun because the client wanted to tie the upper terrace off the screened porch to the walk out lower level without having a gang of steps between them. Unfortunately the numbers of steps are pre-determined from the vertical drop between porch and lower level. But by offsetting the run of steps with a landing and creating planting tiers the transition looks very natural and unimposing.
