Shaker Heights New Build

Wow! We had alot of fun with this one. There are not too many contemporary homes in Cleveland let alone the historic suburb of Shaker Heights. This project was a departure from the more traditional landscape architecture we normally do but due to our love of almost anything mid-century modern or any Eames chair for that matter we jumped at the chance to be a part of it. Covered outdoor living room with TV and fireplace, sunken conversation fire pit with built in seating, 2 reflecting pools (1 with infinity edge), 1 rill, 1 swimming pool, master terrace are just the main points. Wonderful clients, wonderful project; life is good. House designed by Dimit Architects
